Return Policy

1. Overview

At UR Suppliers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within the applicable return window subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Window

  • Standard Products: You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: You may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Products returned after the applicable window will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and freebies included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
  • The product serial number or IMEI (where applicable) must match our records.
  • The return request must be initiated through your UR Suppliers account or by contacting our support team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software licenses and digitally delivered products
  • Consumable items (batteries, ink cartridges, cables, etc.) once opened or used
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals or tampered packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your UR Suppliers account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Alternatively, contact us at ursuppliersnepal@gmail.com or call +977-9800000000.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Please do not ship the item back until your return is approved.

6. Return Shipping

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

7. Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify it meets the return eligibility conditions.
  • The inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days after the item is received at our facility.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason and the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.

8. Replacement

In place of a refund, you may request a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability) or a different product of equal or lesser value. Price differences, if any, will be refunded or charged accordingly.

9. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a pickup, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process outlined above will apply instead.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
