We deliver to all major cities and towns across Nepal. Delivery availability for remote areas may vary and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days
Major cities (Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, etc.): 2-4 business days
Other areas: 3-7 business days

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applied to all orders. Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our delivery partner will attempt to reach you. If unable to connect, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our support team for re-delivery options.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
